Eylul Ayi Tarifleri

Bu ay yeni evime ilk kez misafir olarak Duygu geldi ve yeni tariflerimi de onun ustunde deneme sansim oldu neyseki begendi ve basarili bir aksam yemegi oldu.
Karnibahar ve kabak dolmasi bu ayin yeni tarifi idi. Ozellikle karnibahar cok lezzetli oldu. Onu hazirlarken Sena'ya buharda pismis karnibahar denettim ustune tuz ve yag koydum sadece o kadar cok sevdiki o gunden beri hergun ister oldu cok mutlu oldum ben de evde yemek pisirmenin (stressiz keyifli ve sevgi ile pisirileni) bir yarari daha, kizima bir sebze daha sevdirdim cok mutluyum. Duygu'dan tam puan aldim bende cok mutlu oldum. Yaninda da sarabimi ictim, haliyle ertesi gun tartida cikan rakamdan pek memnun kalmadim.


Karnibahar- Baked Cauliflower Nuggets
1 small head cauliflower
2 eggs, beaten
½ cup Breadcrumb
1tsp dried parsley
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tps salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
¾ cup shredded mozeralla cheese
Directions:  Preheat oven to 400 F, Line a cookie heat with parchment paper
Stem and chop your cauliflower into florets, cook or steam until just tender. Strain from water and squeeze out as much of their liquid as humanly possible. I used bounty paper towels. Chop up the florets
In a large bowl, combine all of ingredients. You may have to add some more breadcrumbs if there is still liquid left and they are unmanageable. Form them into nuggets by pressing them together as much as you can, and place them o the baking sheet.
Bake for 17 minuets
Kabak- Garlic Lemon and Parmesan Oven Roasted Zucchii
Zuccini (4-5 small/medium)
2 tbs olive oil
Zest of 1 small lemon (1 tsp)
2 cloves garlic, crushed
¾ cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a rimmed cookie sheets with aluminum foil. Cut zucchini into cut wedges or halves (cut each zucchini in half then half of half) so you have 4 wedges from each zucchini or just half is enough. In a small bowl stir together oil olive, lemon zest and garlic. Align zucchini on prepared baking sheet spacing them evenly apart. Brush olive oil mixture over tops of zucchini, sprinkle tops with parmesan cheese and season lightly with salt and pepper. Bake in preheated oven 11-13 minutes then, adjust oven rack near top of oven and broil for several minutes until parmesan is golden brown. Serve warm.


Sonra da ayin son gunu su tarifi denedik ama Ana'ya yaptirdim valla kendim yapmadim, pek sayilmaz o yuzden yanliz cok lezzetli oldu yaninda sebze vardi cok yakisti.  Mantari yaparken oregano/kekik koymus cok buyuk lezzet katmis. Tavsiye olunur. 

Grilled Browned Butter Honey Garlic Salmon
4 tbs butter (or Ghee)
4 tbs honey
1 tbs fresh squeezed lemon juice (or half a lemon)
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 Salmon Fillets
Sea salt
Lemon Wedges (to serve)
Directions: Preheat your oven to grill/broil setting on medium-high heat
Place butter in an oven-proof pan/skillet (or a normal frying pan) Cook over medium heat, swirling pan occasionally for about 3 minutes or until the butter begins to change color. Add the honey and lemon juice, stir well to combine and allow to simmer for a further 2 minutes to combine all of the flavors together. Add the garlic and cook for an extra minute or so until the garlic is fragrant. (By this age the butter will have an almost nutty fragrance and turned a golden brown). Remove half of the browned butter from the pan (liquid only) and reserve for later.
Add the salmon steaks over the butter in the pan, sear each fillet skin side down- if there is any skin- for 2-3 minutes or until golden.
Flip each fillet, transfer the pan to your oven (or keep frying them in your frying pa until cooked to your liking) to grill/broil for a further 6-8 minutes.
