Green Tea
Green tea has been touted for numerous positive qualities; it’s reputed to inhibit cancer cells and reduce the risk of dementia. It also helps burn fat: studies have shown that people who drank 5 cups of green tea per day burned an average of 5% more fat than those who drank none.
Other studies have suggested green tea acts as an appetite suppressant as well.
